Kreepy Krauly pool cleaners endeavors, through our wide network of Pool shops / Dealers, to have your order delivered by a local store where possible; Dealer within 10km of the Customer.

Customers located at a greater distance than 10 km from their local Dealer will have their Kreepy Krauly purchased items posted. These shipments should arrive within 5-8 business days of confirmed payment.

Shipping Rules:

• Postage is $17.50 for orders under $150 and FREE for orders $150+ (all pool cleaners qualify).
• Delivery by local dealer where available; otherwise shipped Australia‑wide.
• Delivery in 5–8 business days.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Returns Policy:

We are not require to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: 

• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had know about it
• It unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. 

If there problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 

This policy does not affect any of your statutory rights.

Please keep your proof of purchase (your Kreepy Krauly purchase receipt).
